Frequently Asked Questions

  • Many therapists worry that using social media may feel unprofessional or “too salesy.” When done ethically, social media can be a valuable way to share psychoeducation, reduce stigma, and help potential clients find the right support. My approach is always aligned with professional standards, focusing on informative content rather than promotion-led messaging.

  • Client confidentiality is our priority as much as yours. Content is created using general psychoeducation, commonly understood experiences, and anonymised themes — never personal client information, case details, or identifiable stories. Everything is designed to remain within ethical guidelines and professional boundaries.

  • Yes - your content will be written in your voice and reflect your therapeutic approach, values, and the way you naturally communicate with clients. The goal is to make your online presence feel authentic and professional, not generic or overly “marketed.”

  • Not necessairly. While video can be effective, it isn’t essential. We can use graphics, written posts, and other formats depending on your comfort level and preferences.

  • It depends on what services you’re getting, but with our monthly packages most therapists spend around 1–2 hours per month reviewing and approving content. I handle the strategy, creation, and scheduling so you can stay focused on your clinical work.

  • Social media is a long-term strategy. Many begin noticing increased engagement, enquiries, or improved visibility within 2–3 months, with more consistent results developing over time.

  • Social media helps potential clients understand how you work, what you specialise in, and whether you feel like the right fit for them - often before they reach out. This can lead to more aligned enquiries from people actively looking for your type of support.

  • To begin, I’ll ask you to complete a short onboarding questionnaire about your therapeutic approach, ideal clients, and areas of focus. From there, I’ll create a content strategy tailored to your practice and the support you need.

If you’re curious but want a chat before you get started, I’m always happy to do an initial short consultation free of charge. Just get in contact on the contact form on our website, DM our socials @tscsocials or email info@tsconnection.co.uk.

  • The level of support you may need will determine the price of services, dependent on factors such as how involved you'd like to be in the process, the number of platforms you'd like support with, and whether you're looking for a consult, strategy, content creation, or full management.

Following an initial consultation, I’ll provide you with a transparent quote based on your needs. There’s no obligation to move forward after the call.
